This is from the sidebar on my page.. I just looked at it there and realised, that since I started this fitblr I’ve actually lost 12lbs!! Because I keep losing track and not really kept myself motivated I’ve always thought I hadn’t really lost anything. But 12lbs is a bloody lot for me.. now that I am more focused on what I want to do and achieve I can’t wait to see this number go up. 

This has really put me in a fantastic mood!

Great little loss for this week, I think maybe the 6K walk around Calderglen park with the dog the other day probably helped, gonna take him a walk up to my grans in a couple of hours which will get another good chunk of walking done. Gonna set myself a goal to walk atleast a certain amount each week aswell as my exercise.

Starting from the very beginning with my WIW posts because I haven’t done one in a while. I will keep this up, promise promise promise. I’m sick of feeling like a fatty all the time, haven’t bought myself any new clothes in months because I don’t want to try new things on :(

I have decided to take a break from my normal tumblr account

and focus all my attention on this one, far more positive weight loss blogs I follow on here and more motivation for me to get my bum in shape! :)
